WBC - Squash Coaching

Dear All,

As some of you may already be aware, we are about to undergo a 'changing of the guard' in repect of coaching. After many years of pouring his heart and soul in to coaching, Jonathan Peak (JP) is taking a step back with immediate effect. On behalf of the Section I would like to express our gratitude for the effort, commitment and enthusiam he has brought in bringing on so many of our members. A proper 'article' doing full justice to his efforts will follow in due course within the club's All4One publication.

Going forward, I am delighted to confirm that Ali Jafari, who some of you will know from his brief stint with us previously, will be taking over the Tuesday evening and Saturday afternoon sessions. There are also plans to introduce a fitness session on a Friday evening after the Racketball Mix-In. Coming in alongside Ali will be Alison Insley, who will be know to many of you. Alison will be offering early morning (and I mean early !) sessions for those interested in a pre-work session and to also develop junior participation, building on the success of the work she put in at Freedon Fitness which has now unfortuntely closed.

If you are interested in getting in touch with Ali or Alison for 1-2-1 or other sessions, please feel free to get in contact with them direct - their details are set out below. Otherwise, keep your eye out for their formal introduction and self-biographies within the forthcoming All4One publication due out at the end of this month.

Ali Jafari - 07307 247 584 / Ali.Jafari1412@gmail.com

Alison Insley - 07917 181 009 / alisoninsley@googlemail.com

Further information and details will follow shortly but if you have any queries or questions in the interim, please do not hestitate to contact me at squash@warwickboatclub.co.uk.

Regards,

Graeme Mascall

Squash Captain
